I've been trying for a while to find an effective way to be able to play Civilization II on a windows 10 computer. Some suggestions so far have been Dosbox (Which I have tried and never been able to get working) and a browser based version of the game (Which won't work as the computer I want to put it on will not have consistent access to the internet).The reason I want to do this is primarily for my grandfather who loved to play Civ II but can't now that there is no VM of Windows XP or similar that I've been able to find for Windows 10. If someone has ideas I can explore or wouldn't mind helping me figure out how to get the job done I would greatly appreciate it.Ideally the goals would be as follows:1) Some version of Civ 2 (not like freeciv)2) Available without consistent Internet3) Somewhat easy access or way I can set it up for easy access so my grandfather who has limited knowledge of computers can actually run it.Thanks in advance.
